I’m often asked, “What is the best exercise for me to do?” My response is always the same… It is the one you will do.

It is the one that you will do and do often. It is the one that you will be consistent with. Consistency in health puts us in a position to where we are constantly making steady progress towards our goals. Even if the progress is small, it adds up over time.

Doing 10 push-ups every day adds up to 3,650 push-ups a year. Reading 20 pages per day is 7300 pages a year, or the equivalent of more than two 300 page books a month. Making a 1% gain a week, is becoming 52% better over the course of a year.
